Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our customer engineering efforts. As a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and customer satisfaction on Azure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global Azure Engineering Support organization that is customer-obsessed and driven by an engineering mindset. You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class support experiences to key Azure customers.

Your primary focus will be on leading a high-performing team of Customer Engineers who will technically manage our key Azure customers in partnership with support and engineering teams. You will be accountable for ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support, and that their issues are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Engineers who will provide technical support to our key Azure customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce issue resolution times.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize product improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 12 years of customer-facing experience managing critical situations for global Fortune 500 customers.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and leading highly technical teams in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and requirements, resolve customer-reported challenges, and develop customer-centric solutions.
  • Sound understanding of cloud computing technologies across various customer lifecycles of deployment and support.
