We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring. They should possess proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds.

A key requirement for this role is mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building world-class teams for one of the fastest-growing segments in tech hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles
  • Utilize job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is a plus
