Job Title: Automation Expertise Lead

Description:

We seek an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industrial automation and validation to spearhead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, as well as regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP, GAMP5).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance for professionals across multiple industries.
  • Provide expert instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, leveraging experience with Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and global regulatory guidelines.
  • Train participants on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Design training materials, case studies, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies, validation trends, and regulatory updates, incorporating them into training modules.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Automation Tools: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and others).
  • Validation Expertise: Pharma validation, equipment qualification, process validation, computerized system validation (CSV).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, optimization.
  • Industries Exposure: Pharma, biotech, medical devices, automotive, FMCG, and other multi-industries.
  • Training Skills: Strong communication, curriculum development, and hands-on training delivery.
