Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance for our robotics and industrial automation solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to customers for industrial automation and robotics systems. Your expertise will help troubleshoot issues related to PLC programming, motion control, HMI configuration, servo drives, and robotic integration.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and R&D teams to resolve escalated cases and feedback issues. In addition, you will assist customers with product setup, system commissioning, and firmware/software updates. Deliver remote diagnostics and support using industry-standard tools and document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures in a knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for industrial automation and robotics systems
  • Troubleshoot issues related to PLC programming, motion control, HMI configuration, servo drives, and robotic integration
  • Assist with product setup, system commissioning, and firmware/software updates
  • Deliver remote diagnostics and support
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and R&D teams
  • Support training and onboarding for customers, distributors, and internal teams
  • Participate in testing new hardware/software releases

Requirements:Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, trouble-shooting, and field service
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems: PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and motion controllers
  • Familiarity with communication protocols like Modbus, EtherCAT, CANopen, Profinet and Ethernet/IP
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and PLC logic programs
