Procurement Expert Lead

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Procurement Expert Lead to drive its procurement strategy forward. This senior leadership role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes including vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Establish procurement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient, transparent, and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in real estate industry only.
  • Proven track record of handling procurement for large-scale residential/commercial projects or high-volume retail operations.
  • Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, cost control, strategic sourcing, and contract management.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain systems, and contract laws.
