Job Title: Storage Field Engineer

Our organization is seeking an experienced storage professional to fill a key role in our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting SAN/NAS storage systems, with experience working on NetApp, Dell EMC, or Hitachi solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and support of SAN/NAS storage infrastructure
  • Installation & configuration of SAN switches, ensuring seamless connectivity
  • Manage services: SSH, SFTP, FTP, HTTP for secure data transfer
  • Configure SAN/NAS protocols, RAID, Volumes, Snapshots, Replication, LUN provisioning, etc. to optimize storage efficiency
  • Knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems for comprehensive support
  • Exposure to Hypervisors, Virtual Machines, and Backup technologies for comprehensive understanding
  • Basic troubleshooting skills & 24x7 support readiness to ensure business continuity

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and learning aptitude, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline) with a focus on computer science or related field
  • Preferred certifications: NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), Dell EMC Proven Professional, HPE ASE / Aruba / Nimble certifications, VMware VCP or equivalent
