Job Title

SRE Administrator plays a vital role in providing production, operations support and application administration to business and web applications.

  • Responsibilities include working on all types of production support activities, attending help requests, installations, configurations, debugging, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Also involves working on application design and deployment projects, change management and monitoring.

We require an individual with excellent knowledge in administering applications in AWS/Azure cloud and solid experience as an application support administrator in a Microsoft oriented IT environment.

  • Must have strong expertise in Web Server Knowledge - IIS, Apache web server.
  • Strong experience with power shell scripts and good understanding of common network protocols (HTTP, FTP) along with knowledge of debugging network related issues using various available tools like Wireshark.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
  • Experience in supporting ASP/.Net based applications and application security is required.
  • Ability to fine tune applications for any performance issues is also necessary.
  • Thorough understanding of monitoring systems and monitoring methodology is expected.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are mandatory to articulate technical designs, strategies, and problems to management.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases is also a must.

The ideal candidate should be able to adapt quickly to changing environments and possess excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
