Job Title: Application Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing technical support to users across multiple departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, problems, and service requests in ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Application Support to identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and self-service capabilities that reduce support volume.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with bespoke business applications and ITSM tools such as ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow (SNOW), or Zendesk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to translate technical issues into clear, non-technical language.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
  • A relevant degree in Information Systems, computing studies, IT or other related fields and minimum 3-5 years of experience as Application Support Analyst or similar role.
