Job Title: Enterprise Transition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the transition of varied functions within our organization.

  • At least 16 years of experience in IT project management, focusing on non-F&A functions with some application and infrastructure delivery and migration.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing mid/large-scale migration projects.
  • Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation expertise.

Project Management Skills:

  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification (desired).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.

Description:

The successful candidate will independently lead multiple transition projects, execute strong project management principles, and deliver projects within timelines. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, establishing governance, tracking deliverables, and reporting status to clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will proactively identify and report project risks, capture learning and best practices, and ensure their reinforcement in subsequent projects.
