Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following role in their Mumbai Office

This hybrid position requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This individual contributor role focuses on end-to-end transitions to GCC from across regions and businesses, as well as handling projects for new process/technology implementation.

Key responsibilities include creating transition/project plans, maintaining complete documentation, providing transparency and visibility to senior leadership, and following organizational methodologies.

  • Manage end-to-end transitions with global stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders
  • Implement process improvements

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation degree
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading process migrations, program management, and change management
  • Experience working with global cultures
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

The perfect candidate will possess:

  • End-to-end experience leading transitions
  • Domain knowledge in the Insurance space
  • Latest project management practices
