About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the position of Systems Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the upkeep and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Detect and resolve technical issues related to Windows and MacOS applications, as well as networking problems, in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in LAN/WAN environments to maintain seamless communication.
  • Perform software installations, antivirus updates, and system upgrades as needed to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor compliance status, software inventory, hardware inventory, and other key performance indicators using tools like Desktop Central and Freshservice reporting tools.
  • Coordinate the implementation of client- and department-specific applications and systems, including vendor-specific software and applications.
  • Elevate complex tickets to senior team members or specialists for expert resolution.
  • Maintain regular audits and upgrades to enhance system performance and mitigate potential risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven technical support skills with laptop hardware (Windows 10, macOS) and Android devices.
  • Familiarity with Freshservice and Manage Engine Desktop Central.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management tools such as Desktop Central and Jamf Pro, as well as endpoint security tools like Netskope WebGateway, Bitdefender, and Indefend.
  • Ability to support VOIP call center suites, teleconferencing systems, and communication tools like Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and supporting infrastructure components, including wireless networks, multi-function printers, AV equipment, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of system maintenance, including updates and patch management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing security protocols to protect organizational data against unauthorized access and threats.
  • Familiarity with hardware maintenance to ensure continuous functionality of all IT equipment.
  • Expertise in server management to guarantee reliability, security, and performance of server resources.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide professional documentation.
