Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a Senior AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms.

You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code and providing fixes (analyzes and fixes bugs) and workarounds, while also reviewing changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions. Additionally, you will highlight risks and help mitigate risks from technical aspects.

Our ideal candidate will bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. By means of automation, you will reduce design complexity, reduce time to response, and simplify the client/end-user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent and 6- 9 years' experience as a software engineer
  • Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in at least one programming language
  • Full understanding of the basic building blocks of modern A.I. and an ability to explain these
  • Professional proficiency in Python and experience with Python scripts and libraries
  • Proven experience with GenAI products and LLMs capabilities (e.g. RAG, fine-tuning, function-calling)
  • Extensive professional experience in software development & Java programming skills
  • Nice to haves:
  • Experience with legacy modernization or migration projects (i.e. A.I. applied on codebases)
  • C# programming skills
  • VS Code Extension development skills (including Javascript/Typescript)
