About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Generative AI to design and implement advanced features using LLMs, OpenAI APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation.

  • Utilize expert-level knowledge of prompt engineering, model tuning, and best practices to drive performance and accuracy.
  • Develop interactive AI tools and UIs leveraging Gradio.

In addition to technical skills, candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement LLM-driven features, including model versioning, temperature settings, and reasoning vs. non-reasoning models.
  2. Apply advanced techniques for model optimization and fine-tuning parameters.
  3. Build and integrate RAG systems using Langchain and ChromaDB.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with proven hands-on work in LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Deep understanding of the OpenAI API, including reasoning capabilities and fine-tuning parameters.
  • Mastery of prompt engineering and AI response optimization.
