Hiring: GEN AI Expert for Allinaz . Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using Hugging

Face Transformers.

  • Implement and optimize model parallelism techniques for efficient training and inference.
  • Develop and deploy robust and scalable Gen AI applications.
  • Build and maintain datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Design and implement ReAct (Reasoning & Acting) agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Develop and integrate tools and APIs to enhance agent capabilities.
  • Optimize agent performance and ensure reliable decision-making.
  • Define and implement metrics for evaluating and validating AI/ML systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
  • Implement Explainable AI (XAI) methods to provide insights into model behavior.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for model performance and evaluation results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on Gen AI best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI research and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic interface classes, middleware, and SDKs for other developers (Secondary Skill).
  • Apply OPEA (if applicable) to optimize AI/ML workflows and processes.
  • Design and develop dynamic interface classes, middleware, and SDKs to enable other developers to effectively utilize AI/ML models and services.

  • years of hands-on experience in using Hugging

Face Transformers for developing and deploying LLMs.

  • LangChain (v0.2 & v0.3) : 1
  • year of experience in building applications using LangChain, including v0.2 and v0.3.
  • LangGraph : 1
  • year of experience in building complex AI workflows and agents using LangGraph.
  • PyTorch & TensorFlow : 2
  • years of experience in developing and training deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Explainable AI (XAI) Methods : 1
  • year of experience in implementing and applying XAI techniques to understand and interpret model behavior.
  • Model Parallelism : Must have a strong understanding and practical experience in implementing model parallelism techniques for efficient training and inference.
  • Gen AI Model Fine-Tuning : Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models for specific tasks and domains.
  • ReAct Agent Development : Demonstrated ability to build and deploy ReAct (Reasoning & Acting) agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
  • AI/ML System Evaluation : Experience in defining and implementing metrics for evaluating and validating AI/ML systems.

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have) :

  • OPEA : Familiarity with OPEA and its application in optimizing AI/ML workflows.
  • Middleware & SDK Development : Experience in writing dynamic interface classes, middleware, and SDKs for developer use.

Qualifications :

  • Master's or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying successful Gen AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms and architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
