Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our affiliate program. As an Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for driving high-quality web users and maximizing revenue through strategic partnerships.

This is a dynamic role that requires a data-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard top-performing affiliates and publishers.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate networks and platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics: clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud.
  • Negotiate campaign terms and payouts.
  • Ensure campaign delivery, compliance, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams for seamless execution.
  • Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in web affiliate marketing or lead generation.
  • A strong grasp of key web KPIs: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI.
  • Experience using tracking and attribution platforms.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
