Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven professional to lead the development and execution of paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to drive leads, conversions, and ROI. We value collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning in our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize ads, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in paid digital marketing campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and how paid campaigns integrate with overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Agency or education training industry experience is a bonus.
