Job Description

As an AI Agent Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of ServiceNow AI Agents to deliver impactful solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in expediting the deployment of innovative AI-driven capabilities, augmenting and automating workflows for employees, customers, prospects, and investors.

Accelyst seeks an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, AI Agent Studio, and integration of AI/ML models with enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy intelligent ServiceNow Agents that amplify automation, service delivery, and analytics capabilities.

This role demands in-depth expertise in workflow automation, Integration Hub, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps) and proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow AI Agents using AI Agent Studio.
  • Develop workflows, subflows, and process automation within ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
  • Integrate ServiceNow AI Agents with external systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, no-code/low-code development.
