Job Title: Genetic AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Genetic AI Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Gen-AI and ML-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced automation solutions using Gen-AI and LLMs to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and deploy Gen-AI and ML-based LLMs and conversational bots to enhance user experience.
  • Implement sophisticated algorithms and models to optimize the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
  • Integrate AI-driven automation tools with existing systems and workflows to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized University.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP and Azure.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
