About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design coordination, research, and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing mid-rise apartment buildings with a focus on thoughtfully designed homes;
  • Researching materials, finishes, and products to ensure high-quality results;
  • Providing design inputs on existing projects;
  • Designing new projects that meet our company's vision and goals;
  • Analyzing and critiquing various design-related matters.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working on high-rise or mid-rise apartment building projects;
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture;
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field;
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following key responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with various consultants to ensure seamless project execution;
  2. Conduct research on materials, finishes, and products to stay up-to-date with industry trends;
  3. Provide design inputs on existing projects to enhance their overall quality;
  4. Design new projects that align with our company's vision and values;
  5. Analyze and critique various design-related matters to improve project outcomes.
