We aim to differentiate ourselves through exceptional project execution and cohesive design results.

The first project is a 2.5 acre mid-rise apartment building in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, currently in the execution phase.

Job Overview:

  • We seek an Architect with experience working on high-rise or mid-rise apartment buildings, skilled in coordinating design between consultants and architects to deliver cohesive and high-quality results.
  • This role involves researching and recommending materials, finishes, and products for our projects, as well as providing innovative design solutions.
  • You will analyze and critique design-related matters to improve overall project quality.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working on high-rise or mid-rise apartment buildings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of work experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
