We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. A structural engineer with extensive experience in building design and construction is required to develop and implement processes and procedures that drive project success.

- Experience: 5+ years

- Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil + M.Tech in Structure

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Directors, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures.
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within budget.
  • Work closely with clients and Structural design and BIM Engineers to produce creative designs.
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews.
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software.
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.
  • Structural design license.
