Urban Planning Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Urban Planning Specialist to join our team. As an Urban Planning Specialist, you will conduct research on planning trends, policies, and market conditions to support project development.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in urban planning and design, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, diagrams, and technical drawings to the highest quality achievable.

  • Conduct site assessments to gather essential information for planning proposals;
  • Maintain seamless liaison with stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning/ Architecture/ Geography or similar field;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of current planning best practice and sustainable development;
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in urban planning/ property sector;
  • Ability to work with AI software;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD;
