Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Legal Leader to drive our legal strategy and execution across key initiatives and business verticals.

  • Partner with leadership teams to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Drive agile and compliant execution, including product launches and marketing communications.
  • Advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Shape internal policies around responsible and ethical AI.
  • Protect and commercialize IP, algorithms, and proprietary datasets.
  • Lead implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks.

To support this vision, we need a skilled professional who can balance law, technology, and business acumen.

Requirements
  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE across law firms and in-house roles.
  • Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting.
  • Expertise in regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations.
  • Exceptional ability to balance risk with business agility.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
