Senior Legal Associate Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, analyzing complex legal issues, managing case files, conducting thorough research, and providing expert legal advice to clients.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Senior Legal Associate will also attend court hearings, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum 08 years of experience in indirect tax, power sector, shipping laws, and dispute resolution is preferred.
  • Proficiency in law and handling legal issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare high-quality legal documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Membership in good standing with the Bar Council.
