Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Legal Associate.

  • This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute their expertise in legal administration and dispute resolution.

About this Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering disputes on our online platform, providing administrative support to parties involved in the dispute resolution process, managing communication and case management, coordinating with neutrals, handling judicial requisitions, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispute Administration: Manage the life cycle of disputes from initiation to resolution.
  • Support Services: Provide high-level administrative support to parties, including preparation of documents and communication with neutral experts.
  • Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication between parties and neutrals, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Case Management: Coordinate case activities, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Judicial Requisitions: Handle all aspects of judicial requisition processes, including paperwork, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in arbitration or contract drafting.
  • An LLB degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication skills, and proficiency in word processing software.
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative.
