Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

This is a pivotal role in supporting business growth while safeguarding the company's interests.

  • Statutory license and approval management for factories and new projects.
  • Collaboration with authorities to obtain subsidies and incentives from Central and State Governments.
  • Contract drafting, review, and finalization.
  • Litigation support across civil, criminal, arbitration, and recovery cases.
  • Court liaison, external counsel coordination, and day-to-day legal assistance.
  • Regulatory compliance across factories through audits and inspections.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and repositories of contracts, licenses, and documents.
  • Support for land-related matters including acquisition, leasing, monetization, and record updates.
  • Brand protection services.
  • Recovery tracking and legal claim management in collaboration with finance teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of corporate law, litigation, land laws, and compliance. Experience in contract negotiation is highly valued. The candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

A minimum of 4-9 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors, is required. An LLB/Law degree is mandatory, with an LLM preferred.
