
Customer Care Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Collections Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to collect outstanding accounts receivables.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in writing, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
- Analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance purposes.
- Resolve moderately routine questions following established guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and its products, services, and processes.
Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Three years of formal education in English language studies.
- One year's experience using a computer with Windows PC applications, requiring keyboard use, screen navigation, and software tool learning.
- Six months' experience in a service-oriented role involving written and verbal communication with customers who speak English.
- Six months' experience in a service-oriented role applying business rules to varying fact situations and making decisions.
