Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to excel in out-of-court collections with expertise. This role involves managing cash collection activities, ensuring timely and efficient processing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive revenue growth, and fostering excellent customer service skills to build trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Collection Management: Manage cash collection activities, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Account Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster excellent customer service skills to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Process Knowledge: Excellent understanding of collections processes and procedures.
  • Team Handling: Proven ability to handle teams effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Willingness to work night shifts or flexible hours.
