Collection Specialist Opportunity

Cash collectors play a crucial role in maintaining an organization's financial well-being by collecting payments from customers and effectively managing their accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in collections, have a solid understanding of collections processes, and exhibit exceptional people management skills. They should be flexible to work non-traditional hours and hold a degree in any field.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Collection: Collect payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Revenue Stream Management: Effectively manage accounts through various revenue streams
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in collections
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of collections processes
- Team Handling: Ability to handle teams and manage multiple tasks
- People Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Flexible Work Schedule: Willingness to work non-traditional hours and 5 days a week
