Senior Financial Executive Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance professional to lead and manage our financial operations, ensuring the company's financial stability and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Management:
  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, with high attention to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure precision in financial reporting.
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor expenses and provide insightful recommendations to optimize costs and enhance profitability.
  1. Invoice Management:
  • Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness, ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.
  1. Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights supporting informed decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  1. Compliance and Audit:
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • Implement and monitor best practices in financial management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA in Finance is a plus).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
