About the Role:
To conceive and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop targeted campaigns, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and segment target audiences.
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for activating new regions.
- Lead the execution of regional marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce region-specific content.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of regional strategies.
- Regularly provide updates to senior leadership on campaign success and ROI.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of regional marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and campaign execution.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights.
- Ability to independently manage compliance-related functions and activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
