Transaction Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Banking Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to participate in client engagements in transaction banking.

  • The successful candidate will provide support in functional and solution perspectives in the banking and financial services deals/opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand client business needs and requirements, and assist in proposing a solution for prospective customers by working closely with Product solution experts, Sales & Consulting teams.
  2. Utilize your domain expertise and deep understanding of Intellect solutions to participate in client engagements and demonstrate value to win business.
  3. Conduct fit-gap analysis with banks to assess fitment between their requirements and the Intellect product suite.
  4. Participate in EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP/SOW along with demos and POCs for Cash management including Internet banking, and work closely with Sales, Delivery, Technical, Product, and Operations teams to ensure delivery of a high-quality proposal.
  5. Conduct client demonstrations tailored to meet specific client requirements and business needs.
  6. Prepare requirement and functional specifications, and influence product development based on prospect interactions, market trends, local country requirements.
  7. Understand the current business/industry environment (financial services and banking) including relevant regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 4-5 years of Transaction banking experience with a market-leading institution/bank.
  • Strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking - Payments, Collections & Receivables.
  • Preferable experience in Global Corporate & Transaction Banking with Banking applications such as ACBS/Sungard (FIS), FLEXCUBE (Oracle), Finacle (Infosys), Globus/T24/IBIS (Temenos).
  • Payment processing experience with applications like GPP (Fundtech/Finastra), Clear2Pay (FIS), Dovetail, ACI.
  • Cash & Virtual Accounts Management with vendors like Tieto, Cashfac, Montran.
  • Banking with applications like FLEXCUBE (Oracle), Finacle (Infosys), Globus/T24/IBIS (Temenos).
  • Good understanding of the current and future digital transaction banking client requirements.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience articulating and documenting business requirements.
