Coding Instructor Position

As a coding instructor, you play a vital role in shaping the learning experience and upholding high-quality customer service throughout the curriculum development process.

We prioritize child-centered thinking, recognizing that today's children are the future of countries, families, companies, and society as a whole.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tutor students during trial classes and convert prospects into long-term customers
  • Internalize, refine, and adapt our curriculum based on student feedback
  • Meet class requirements in terms of attendance, punctuality, and lesson delivery
  • Develop engaging lesson plans to enhance students' understanding of coding concepts
  • Be attuned to individual students' interests and tailor lessons accordingly
  • Effectively engage students in productive learning experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in coding to children
  • Prioritize a child-centered approach at all times

The selection process involves three rounds: technical, demo, and behavioral assessments.
