We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to guide our development team in creating innovative applications. This is a key opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, leadership, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.

We seek candidates with a solid understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
