Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).">
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.">
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.">
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.">
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.">
  • Startup experience or mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.">
  • Preferred: background in automation, agent-based systems, healthcare technology, or AI/ML infrastructure.">
