Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader with 10+ years of experience in power management within the semiconductor industry. This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the next generation of power products for a growing market.

The ideal candidate will identify market opportunities, provide deep technical support, translate market requirements into product specifications, lead and mentor a team of product definers and engineers, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success.

  • Developing and executing product roadmaps for power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC, etc.).
  • Providing expert technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Translating market requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of product definers and engineers.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Product Development: Developing and executing product roadmaps for power products.
  2. Technical Support: Providing expert technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  3. Market Requirements: Translating market requirements into detailed product specifications.
  4. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of product definers and engineers.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of experience in power management, including product definition.
  • Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge.
  • Experience using FEA tools for various thermal, electrical, and magnetic investigations.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools.
  • Understanding of AECQ / IATF /ISO26262 (FuSa).

Key qualifications include:

  • Prior experience working in power management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent technical skills and expertise in power products and system knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with sales, marketing, and design teams.
