As a visionary leader, we are seeking a seasoned Architect to spearhead campus infrastructure projects at KL University.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces that foster innovation and productivity.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth and adaptability to evolving needs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes to guarantee quality and safety standards.
  • Secure necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities in a timely manner.
  • Promote universal accessibility across the campus through strategic design and implementation of ramps, lifts, and clear signage.
  • Design sustainable and energy-efficient infrastructure incorporating solar power, rainwater harvesting, and natural ventilation systems.
  • Foster a green campus environment by promoting eco-friendly practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations.
  • Integrate advanced smart building technologies to optimize energy and resource conservation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and possess a minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in leading large-scale institutional projects.
