The Senior Technical Architect is responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture of GenAI platforms.

This role defines scalable agent orchestration frameworks, modular templates, and integration patterns that enable intelligent and reusable agent ecosystems.

  • Define event-driven orchestration and execution patterns to enable context-aware workflows.
  • Drive platform integration across multiple systems to ensure consistency in observability, security, and orchestration patterns.
  • Develop reusable agent templates, blueprints, and context frameworks to accelerate use case onboarding.
  • Establish architecture standards to embed Responsible AI within GenAI agents.
  • Lead technical architecture planning across delivery sprints and vendor integration tracks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software or AI architecture roles, with a recent focus on LLMs, Generative AI, or intelligent agents.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing agent-based frameworks or AI orchestration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as LangGraph, Temporal, vector databases, and event-driven systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Azure AI/AKS, REST APIs, and observability stacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise architecture and guide cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
