Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our software engineering team and drive innovation in the development of cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead expertise in at least one functional module of the system or service, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient execution.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging experience with Ruby on Rails and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Conduct code reviews and serve as a quality gatekeeper for the team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally and personally.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, with a say/do ratio of > 95% in execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve existing processes and drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with front-end technologies and platforms, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of database management systems, including MongoDB, Postgresql, and MySQL.
  • Experience with version control systems, including Git and GitHub.
