Job Title:

Operations Team Lead

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to drive our operations forward. This role involves managing client KPIs, stakeholder management, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive client goals and ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Maintain low attrition and shrinkage rates within the team
  • Oversee performance management and provide regular feedback
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle issues that require special attention
  • Manage schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues
  • Fulfill absent employees' roles to ensure smooth business operations
  • Serve as a role model for all employees by demonstrating exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members
  • Organize daily activities and prioritize tasks
  • Recruit and interview new hires to build a high-performing team
  • Supervise employees, provide additional training, and coaching as needed
  • Train employees on proper safety procedures and update training as necessary
  • Address employee conflicts and promote a positive work environment
  • Coordinate promotions and spearhead marketing efforts by setting up displays and educating customers and employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications include proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, in-depth knowledge of performance metrics, strong PC skills, especially MS Excel, excellent communication and leadership skills, organizational and time-management skills, decision-making skills, graduate in any stream, sense of ownership and pride in your performance's impact on the company's success, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, on-the-job training, confidence and skillful negotiating skills, and strong organizational skills to direct the team.
