Corporate Applications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Oversee integration of COTS, bespoke & cloud-native applications, with experience in Azure and AWS platforms.
  • Evaluate and develop new applications, leveraging AI & agentive AI use cases.

Regulatory Compliance Support:

  • Liaise with external regulators to ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.

Project Change Management:

  • Drive application upgrades, changes, and enhancements, supporting IFRS-related projects.

Incident Problem Management:

  • Lead resolution of application-related incidents, adhering to internal ITIL processes.

Vendor Budget Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs, tracking and optimizing application budgets and licensing costs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with HR, finance, admin, legal, and IT teams to deliver solutions and gather requirements.

Documentation Reporting:

  • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records, providing regular updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
