About the Role:
This pivotal managerial position involves leading a team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications—ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance. You'll drive technical solutions that align with business objectives, contributing to a robust application ecosystem that supports innovation and growth.
A key aspect of this role is overseeing the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications, ensuring they meet business needs while adhering to security, performance, and scalability standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the enterprise applications team.
- Develop and implement strategies for enterprise application development.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM technical administration, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
You will work closely with other departments to understand their application needs and provide solutions, collaborating to achieve business goals.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to manage projects, and expertise in enterprise integration, service management, and application administration.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
