This is a full-time role requiring relocation to Dubai.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive analyst to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong problem-solving and user communication skills.

You will be responsible for supporting the application lifecycle, managing upgrades, ensuring service level agreements are met, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure business continuity of applications and related databases.

• Monitor systems, handle routine issues, perform first-level triage.

• Detailed troubleshooting, bug identification, environment support, workflow fixes.

• Deep-dive technical analysis, architecture-level guidance, complex integrations.

• Manage and support application deployments, version upgrades, and infrastructure components.

• Provide production support, resolve issues, and meet defined service level agreements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Conduct workflow design and optimization using BPM.

• Troubleshoot and support templates and integrations.

• Support integration components using APIGEE and Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Analyze data and provide resolution to business query on data.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Appian BPM: Design, development, and support

• SQL Server database management and support

• Core and Advanced Java

• JIRA

• Data Analysis

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
