Content Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Manager to lead our team in developing engaging content frameworks that drive marketing efforts and elevate brand visibility.

This role will play a key part in shaping our online presence and setting the tone for how we connect with our audience. Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting research on industry trends and finalizing content topics aligned with our target audience.
  2. Developing comprehensive training modules to help our writers deliver high-quality content consistently.
  3. Reviewing sample articles published by partner brands daily, providing constructive feedback to writers and editors.
  4. Maintaining consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
  5. Applying SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
  6. Monitoring content performance metrics and recommending strategies for improvement.
  7. Staying current with the latest content marketing trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.
  8. Serving as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on shared content goals.
  9. Oversight of day-to-day operations of the content team, including writers and editors, to maintain quality and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of creating, editing, and managing high-quality content across digital platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with attention to grammar, style, and detail.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing and mentoring a team of writers and editors.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset, adaptable to new tools and fast-paced environments.
