We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist to develop and implement a robust YouTube content strategy that focuses on growing a kids' content channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital content platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Content Development: Design and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Develop tactics for audience growth, content planning, and maximizing engagement.
  • Content Creation & Management: Lead the scheduling and publishing of high-quality content that meets YouTube's policies and is optimized for algorithm performance.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics using YouTube Studio and other third-party tools to provide insights on watch time, retention, engagement, and growth.
  • Audience Engagement & Community Building: Monitor comments, interactions, and community engagement across platforms to foster a loyal and engaged community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, marketing teams to produce visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Trends & Compliance: Stay updated on the latest trends in YouTube's kids' content, new features, and platform updates to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7+ years of social media management experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow and manage a YouTube channel (preferably kids) with over 1+ million subscribers.
  • Expertise in the algorithms, trends, and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
