Job Overview:
The Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation strategy. This role involves establishing a standardized global compensation framework, designing differentiated rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and global benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global compensation framework and strategy that aligns with business objectives and competitive market practices.
- Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and executive compensation.
- Design and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
- Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
- Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to ensure alignment with global industry standards and company objectives.
- Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
- Provide analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including costing models for compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
- Develop and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Communicate total rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international compensation regulations and monitor legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership position, preferably in a global IT services or technology company.
- Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
- In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
- Background in global benefits administration, including the design and management of benefits packages across different regions.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
- Expertise in creating high-level presentations for executive audiences, with the ability to communicate complex data and insights effectively.
- Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas persuasively to senior management.
