Highly Skilled Compensation Professional

The organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Deferred Compensation Lead. This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of an expanded share ownership strategy within the Total Rewards function in Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in compensation and have experience in developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, particularly with respect to cash compensation into public company stock in complex global organizations.
A key aspect of this role is stakeholder management, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior business stakeholders and other project managers.
Key responsibilities include executing on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives, engaging with stakeholders to obtain feedback, and supporting effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
The successful candidate will also have exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite). A degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex global organisations
- Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation
- Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proactive; takes initiative to solve problems, anticipate challenges and execute tasks
- Attention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance of the programs
- Work Mode : Remote(work from home)
- Shift Timing: US Shift 6.30 pm to 3.30 am
