Job Title: WFM Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnership
  • Act as the primary WFM point of contact for business leaders and client stakeholders to provide strategic workforce planning advice and support.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, mid-term, and short-term capacity plans to ensure optimal workforce utilization across different lines of business.
  • Implement scheduling best practices to manage shrinkage, adherence, and occupancy while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives are consistently met.
  • Oversee intraday management, real-time monitoring, and SLA adherence to drive corrective actions to maintain service levels, including overtime, cross-skilling, and load balancing.
  • Lead and mentor a team of WFM analysts and real-time specialists to build capability within the WFM team to handle complex modeling and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management principles, processes, and tools with experience in implementing and managing workforce management systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Fluency in English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
