Job Overview:

The Workforce Management Director is responsible for driving solutions and strategies that maximize efficiency and maintain employee and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement workforce management strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on maximizing efficiency and enhancing the overall employee and customer experience.
  • Forecasting and Analytics: Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs, ensuring accurate predictions to inform scheduling decisions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans, leveraging expertise to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Talent Development: Lead and mentor a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence analysts, fostering growth and development within the organization.
  • Process Optimization: Forecast staffing requirements based on historical data and predictive analytics, ensuring efficient scheduling of staff to meet forecasted demand while optimizing labor costs.
  • Culture and Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in workforce management practices, promoting adaptability and resilience within the team.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, with minimum 15 years of experience in workforce management, including at least 6 years in a leadership role within a BPO environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of workforce management tools and software, proficiency in forecasting and analytics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
