Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies for talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by developing and maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and lead performance management efforts, as well as employee development plans.
  • Oversee benefit administration, open enrollment, and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment through various training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
